For me to offer any help I need to see what kind of attack is happening.

Do you trust giving me your VPS login information (via PM) to perform any packet capturing on the attacks? I want to inspect a traffic capture/dump (udp/tcp) during attack times and then I can recommend mitigation techniques if you are okay with this.

They could be for example utilizing Layer 7 attacks targeting a web server or another vulnerable service running..

Use a GRE tunnel service like Javapipe / Voxility / Flokinet (If i remember good reseller of Voxility) / Cloudflare Spectrum

I would suggest you buyvm.net they're having CloudFlare Magic Transit, and they're improving it day-by-day. Since now they fixed AMP and many others methods, plus you have 30 tbit/s capacity ;). They tanked 400 gbit/s attack with no issues on one of bigger Teamspeak
And its very stable, much more than vox

As these guys are mentioning, BuyVM is pretty damn affordable and their protection is not terrible - I would give them a top 10 rating: https://buyvm.net/ddos-protection/

But keep in mind that their guarantee on staying online has NOTHING to do with certain layer attacks, namely I would guess Layer 7 (L7) DDoS attacks that use a very specific flaw in a system/service, for example a forum like XenForo can easily take up plentiful memory and or processing with flooding (repeated load requests). "It does not cover downtime due to application layer floods."

If you are dealing with a L7 attack, then your issue may be something simple like changing service/software configurations, installing a rate limiting module, or some rather simple shit.

Knowing the type of attack you are dealing with is pretty damn awesome, which is why gathering a packet dump or network trace of the attack allows an individual like myself and others to triage your attack in a sense. Think of this forum as your emergency room, we need to hear "Ouch I have chest pain." or "I have had an erection lasting more than 24 hours after Viagra."

Right now you are basically just walking into the emergency room like "Help.".... saying "DDoS" is the equivalent of saying "I have pain." --- we need to know more specifics like where the pain is (what layer).

I hope this makes sense ;)

i left Contabo and now i am looking for a vps (windows) to run my server with good DDOS

You can't. move to other providers. or use voxility ;)
is to expensive

Use a GRE tunnel service like Javapipe / Voxility / Flokinet (If i remember good reseller of Voxility) / Cloudflare Spectrum
also flokinet is not have Package and it can not create one with those specs bellow

but Javapipe is good one(from price) i will check it out more
also buyvm has problem with fivem, i friend had server there (fivem) and it happen ddos again

to run my fivem server
i need

16gb ram
400 rom [ 5gb rom the fivem ]
6 cores
400 Mbit/s port
UNLIMITED Traffic

If you're going already with Javapipe go for remote ddos protection, they can set up profile for whatever you need with their riorey firewall + additional firewall. Those firewalls are available only on remote protection, and its much better then their protection on vps/dedi.

For games such as FiveM, I recommend the anti ddos game ovh available on the game ranges that have a very powerful protection for this kind of game but the cost of a server can be expensive for some that's why which is also soyoustart (server ovh lowcost) for 2 times less expensive.
