Hello friends, my first time creating a teamspeak server and I'm having this problem, I'm not very experienced with linux.

My Virtual Private Server: Linux Ubuntu 14.04 Server X86

I follow this step to install the server:
I tried this command but I did not succeed:
iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 9987 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -p udp --dport 9987 -j ACCEPT

1. TeamSpeak's server version is now 3.9.1 - you should be using a modern version for security and stability reasons.
2. TSDNS is completely useless if you have access to domains and can implement SRV records, I believe.

I highlight reason 2 over here, mentioning TSDNS Sucks.

Lastly, that is an unmaintained release so unfortunately is outdated. There is no great solution due to the way TeamSpeak's licensing system has changed to involve client software.

My recommendation is to use Mumble or another open source solution like mentioned in this video:

There is only one advantage of using TSDNS: immediately address binding and his changing, nothing else, since SRV record may require time for updating and so on
