You may also try using a VPN/Proxy in case Japan did disable the access to mega.

I have followed all the steps, including the entry into the host.
(I use a Windows8 x64 system)
When I start the downloaded accounting server emulator, unfortunately nothing happened. The emulator will be empty, and does not show any reaction.
How can this be?

Everything is fine! xD
The Accounting Server does not have any output. On Windows you'll only see a black, empty window. Minimize it but don't close it

Simply start your TeamSpeak Server and if you edited your hosts file correct. You should be good to go

my servers crash after 2h approximately
i'm on debian 8, amd64
i read a lot about this, i configured as well my hosts, i launch first AccountingServerEmulator-Linux et then my TS server, and i have correct logs from accounting :

i put temporary a crontab that reloads my serv every 2h but i don't like that idea.

Any ideas ?
i didn't reboot my server, but i don't have to right ? hosts automatically update i guess
maybe should i define rules in my iptables ?

The time stamp of your logs is not the same. Invalid packet size is telling me your host file is not set up correctly. Check it again, also make sure your accounting server is running after you started it. You can look up the process with top or htop. If your accounting server is not running anymore change its name and start it again.

hosts is good, i tried to ping all domains and result is localhost
tried to change the name of accounting... , no chage, he is still runnning (tried in root too, no changes)
logs are differents cause they were not due to the same restart, i checked there and timestamp are corrects.
i'm gonna try to change binaries ( i have sometimes a warning when i launch tsserver:

Do you have the right TS3 Server package for your system? You have: Linux x86_64, not Linux i386.

so i did it, no changes, and same warning message. that's strange, why amd et x86 say i don"t have the right package ? maybe not really a problem...

EDIT: i saw on internet that maybe account server can't create a tcp based server, or maybe some ports are blocked for my linux user. Any ideas about that ? if i laucnh accounting server and/or ts3 in root nothing changes

Edit: Doing a fresh install of TS fixed it for me.

Habe leider auf dem Vserver auch den 2 STunden BUG, der Dienst " 4169 root 20 0 964 404 320 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.09 AccountingServer" läuft durchgehend dennoch fährt der Server nach 2 Stunden immer runter

Was läuft da falsch ? Bitte helft mir

That tells me your hosts file is not set up correct. Fix it according to the instructions.
If that doesn't solve your problem, just reinstall the TS3 server

I have a problem , plz help me
I have fallowed all steps, when I started accounting server emulator , I see black window .
I started ts3 server and run successfully , and I edited server slots to for example 1024 , all thing OK
But my problem is when I login in Yatqa and want to create server , I create server with different port and click to start and server start successfully , and when I want to connect to that server , I can't join to that server

(( anyone can't join to that server
I run ts server on vps windows 2008 64
Help me plz

guys, on windows I can create the server using this mod without using the "AccountingServerEmulator"... simply using the license.dat and change "virtualserver_maxclients", 32 to 512 or what you want XD in the file "/sql/defaults.sql"
so... why use this "AccountingServerEmulator"? can you explain me why there is this file to use? what does it do?
anyway...
I have another problem on my VPS with Ubuntu Server 14.04 when I start the server (script) give me a Critical SQL ERROR "db_CreateTables() unable to insert default values"

Are you kidding?
First you say you changed the values in the defaults.sql and then you ask why the server is unable to insert default values?
Haha, thats to funny xD -> Figure it out on your own I guess xD

To answer your question: Did you run the server for more then two hours? No? Well, thats because you did not start the AccountingServer

You may want to look into your latest []_0.log file. You'll find some line telling you the server is unable to connect to the accounting server.
Thats what happens: You start the server, the server tries to reach the accountingserver to validate the license. But because TeamSpeak cannot make sure their AccountingServer is running 24/7/365, the made the the teamspeak server wait two hours before shutting down.
-> Conclusion: Every server can run for two hours without connecting to the accountingserver, after that time it will shut down, though.
