Solved Failed to connect to server / scaleway

Since friday i keep having this weird issues where users can't connect to server. It actually changes and on friday to connect i (and one other user) had to update Teamspeak client. On saturday i couldn't connect at all but other users (not all of them tho) were able to connect just fine. On sunday there were 2 moments when it worked fine, but in general only couple people were able to connect. Today noone is able to connect.

Server is hosted on scaleway VPS, was working fine for couple months and couple years on online.net dedicated server (same company). Doesn't seem to be blacklisted. It doesn't matter if i run client client with no license or else. Currently, in client logs i get this:

Currently, there's even no sign of incoming connection in server logs. Yesterday i sometimes go stuff like:

PktHandler Info Cleaning up connection because of 13 resends of COMMAND packet
PktHandler Info Dropping client 23 because of resend timeout

I can connect with YaTQA just fine, gametracker is also able to connect fine but no regular client can. I tried changing ports already, same thing. When trying to connect via netcat to TS3 port i get:

arcain >> nc -vnzu 51.15.**.*** 9987
Connection to 51.15.**.*** 9987 port [udp/*] succeeded!

Ideas?

This seems to be solved. It was a hosting issue, they were capacity what caused problems and packetloss that affected Teamspeak.
