Windows 10 AMD Mouse Flickering Loading Cursor

SUCCESS: The process "AMDRSServ.exe" with PID 12380 has been terminated.

I am going to grab these files and scan them in a sec.

So wtf, basically amdow.exe kept relaunching with new PIDs.
