Yo,,, Just a note, the first agreement. that allows you access to teamspeak source.
Since the agreement is "will gain access to and may gain possession of Confidential information (as defined below) of the other party" soo Teamspeak is GIVING you access to their information since the contract is for you. agreement 1 is all in first person. you will gain full access to their information.

the teamspeak source is Confidential information :p

150.00 does not even pay for me to hit my power button lol.
Remove the decimal point and then we are being realistic.

PHP & Web dev's get paid on average £150-£1250+ for one project that takes less than a month and a company that make $50 off 1 application... lets do some maths!!! $50*450ish providers who have applied or are currently providing = $22500 and thats just off the applications. now there is an average of 300-400 teamspeak providers using a legit lic so lets take an average of an average of 250 providers currently selling servers at the 25000-49999 slot range which gives teamspeak income of $0.09 a slot therefore if we then estimate all slots added together 250 * 28000 slots each = 7000000 slots which now we take an average of providers selling slots on average $0.13 which gives us a profit of $910000 - 0.09 teamspeak fees per slot which is $630000 baring in mind that this is monthly now lets times $630000 * 12 = $7560000 yearly profits. This is excluding the 500ish users who have bought the app from the app store for IOS which costs £3.99 which is $5.64 so 500 * £3.99 = £1995 which converted into dollars at the conversion rate at 14/04/2016 is $2818.04.

They have offered $150 a month which is 150 * 12 = $1800 a year which taken away from their $7560000 + $22500 + $2818.04 = $977818.04 - $1800 = $976018.04

(Thanks for reading some estimates may be completely off but I'm bored)

I Think we should remove all of Teamspeak rights to remove our stuff. And add that they can cancel the contract anytime if there really is something horribly wrong. And that they Agree to that stuff being here. Like how to crack their stuff.
