[Plugin] I need vote plugin

Can someone send me simple vote plugin or tool whatever.It should have admin command to call vote like 3-4 names and users cmd /vote 1,2,3,4
And after vote finishes(2minutes) it shows votes result like:
Votes: 10
Vote 1-5
vote 2-3
vote 3-1
vote 4-1

waiting a day for OP or VIP only release - also need answer to these questions:

• Private voting I assume? You cant /asd but you can !asd, then it's for the channel. I can always give the user a choice between public or private.
• Anyone will be able to call a vote or just you.. I'm not going to build a whole admin management system.. I can do YOU only or a username only, but not a whole mu file..
• PHP or lua? Difference is one is more convenient (LUA) but will freeze up your client while the vote is in progress due to poor thread creation from teamspeak...
