If you can access SSH:

simply:
iptables -F
or
iptables -F
iptables -X
or
sudo /etc/init.d/iptables stop
or
sudo service iptables stop

if you can't access SSH, you need to use console in VMware ESXi or at worst case: Re-install the whole machine.

I have did these things, and if i want to stop iptables service: /etc/init.d/iptables: Directory or file not found

List your current iptables

iptables -S
or
iptables -L -n
or
iptables -L -n -t

If there is none, it means they are deleted
